Long-tailed Tit In Watercolour

As I walked up the street the other day, there was so much noise. I could hear a whole flock of long-tailed tit fledglings in the tree in front of me, all yelling for food from the adults. As I watched, the adult flew over my head to the tree behind me and about half a dozen youngsters followed. What a lovely sight! The crazy thing is I was the only human paying any attention. Everyone else on this busy London street just carried on walking. It was especially lovely as I’ve just finished the long-tailed tit I was painting. :-D Here he is, painted on 10×7 inch Bockingford watercolour paper.
