Three goldfinches sitting on a branch. I do love goldfinches! They gather on the aerials and the tops of the trees in spring and autumn to sing their fast, joyful song. :-) There are usually at least half a dozen singers but I went for three. This is a watercolour painting on 10×7 inch Bockinford paper. It’s in the shop.
