Jasper, an English Cocker Spaniel, is lying on the floor looking up at us, probably hoping for a walk or maybe hoping we’ll open a tin for him. He looked so beautiful on the polished wooden floor with hints of blues and greens in his fur and the sunshine streaming in through the window. I just couldn’t resist painting him. He is a 16×12 inch acrylic painting.
